I stop before the Planning and Technical Tender stages to keep your upfront costs low and give you the freedom to choose your own timing for the build.” What’s Included: Site visit (Architectural Discovery Visit) and layout of your existing house to record dimensions and structure. Agreed sketch design based on your requirements. Existing layout drawings in CAD showing floor plans, elevations, and sections. Final proposed drawings including proposed floor plans, elevations, strategic cross-section, and a simple 3D massing sketch to visualize shape and volume. Why It Works: Move from a rough idea to accurate, scaled drawings in a single step. Receive professional advice on spatial flow and light during the site visit. Architectural Drawings & Energy Upgrade Suite - The Performance Baseline

Express Architectural Design & Energy Efficiency Package for Home Extensions

Ideal for: Projects on typical residential homes up to 100m² total existing floor area (e.g., a standard three-bedroom semi-detached house). This package covers single-storey rear extensions (up to 40m²), attic conversions, and minor internal reconfigurations to existing house where planning permission is not required. It provides you with clear, professional layout drawings that form the foundation of your project vision. What’s Included: -On-Site Architectural & Energy Efficiency Consultation. A focused visit to your home by Principal Architect to discuss your ideas, assess the property, and offer initial design insights. -Existing Layout Drawings. Scaled drawings of the current layout based on a non-invasive survey, forming the basis of all design work. -Tailored Design Proposal. A custom concept design based on your brief that enhances layout, light, flow, and function, aligned with your goals, and site conditions, up to two initial layout options. -General Arrangement Drawings.
