This package covers single-storey rear extensions (up to 40m²), attic conversions, and minor internal reconfigurations to existing house where planning permission is not required. It provides you with clear, professional layout drawings that form the foundation of your project vision. What’s Included: -On-Site Architectural & Energy Efficiency Consultation. A focused visit to your home by Principal Architect to discuss your ideas, assess the property, and offer initial design insights. -Existing Layout Drawings. Scaled dimensional drawings of the current layout based on a non-invasive measured survey, forming the basis of all design work. -Tailored Design Proposal. A custom concept design based on your brief that enhances layout, light, flow, and function, aligned with your goals, and site conditions, up to two initial layout options. -General Arrangement Drawings.
