A PSDP is appointed by the Client to oversee the coordination of the design work.

I am a Registered Architect in Ireland, a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland with RIAI PSDP Accreditation, a member of Engineers Ireland, and a Building Energy Rating Assessor for Dwellings registered with SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) with over 20 years of international experience.

Creating a safety file for the completed structure and providing it to the client.

Notifying the relevant authorities and the client of any non-compliance with issued directives.
