Certain statutory, certification services and supporting services - DAC, FSC, PSDP, Design Certifier, and Assigned Certifier - are provided for projects where I am appointed as principal architect, in line with professional regulations and practice policy.

We primarily serve residential clients in Greystones, Bray, Wicklow, and South Dublin. We offer on-site consultations within 30km of Greystones, but Projects outside this area are also welcome, contact us with your location for a tailored quote.
